From Apprentice to Warrior Princess

In recognition of Zena Haydon’s 10 years of dedication, perseverance and growth, ATL Haulage has named the latest Volvo to join its fleet, ‘Zena Warrior Princess’.

Sometimes, you hit it lucky, and your first job becomes the starting point for a much-loved and successful career.

Zena Haydon’s decision to join ATL Haulage Contractors as an apprentice back in 2013 is such a story.

Having joined the London Gateway and Southampton-based company in its previous premises at Tilbury as a business administration apprentice, Zena’s zest for doing a great job has seen her career progress to her current position of ATL accounts manager.

In recognition of her dedication, perseverance, and growth journey over the last decade, ATL has named the latest Volvo to join its fleet, ‘Zena Warrior Princess’.

ATL’s director Amit Karia says: “Zena’s loyalty and irrefutable warrior spirit is not only a credit to her but has proved an invaluable asset to the company for over a decade. When contemplating names for our latest Volvo, we decided that Zena Warrior Princess was the perfect and very public way to recognise Zena’s efforts and the high regard she holds at ATL and across our client base.

“It is the ‘can do’ spirit of people like Zena that helps makes a company successful. We can’t be happier that she decided to forge a career with us and remain an integral part of the ATL team.”
