Due to growth, our client has an exciting opportunity for experienced or trainee Export Clerks.
The ideal Export Clerk candidate will have some experience in export operations; however, training will be given to candidate’s who show a passion and aptitude for the industry.
The successful Export Clerk candidate will be part of a growing team and business, this role offers a unique opportunity for genuine progression and to be part of a friendly working environment.
Duties will include:
• Export Operations experience preferred
• Knowledge of customs systems Sequoia an advantage
• Confidence conversing with agents or customers
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of shipping paperwork
• Correlating documents for export clearance
• Completing invoicing
• Data entry experience advantageous
• Strong Understanding of Excel
• IT literate
• Personal Profile
• Attention to detail a must
• Can adapt to fast pace environment
• Works well under pressure
• Work well as part of a team
• Willing to learn and be trained, if required
Salary is based on experience.
