VKVP Haulage lays sound foundations

Busier than ever, recruitment remains a key element of VKVP Haulage’s expansion strategy.

Founded in 2014, the Felixstowe-based haulier now boasts a 20-strong team, supported by an investment in 30 new vehicles over the last twelve months. The company is currently looking to recruit a full-time senior traffic planner and a management accountant.

VKVP Haulage operations director Mark Bennett says: “For both roles, we are looking for somebody that can make an immediate impact and is available to start as soon as possible.

“The management accountant position is based at our Felixstowe offices, and we are happy to be flexible in terms of the role being part-time or full-time, depending on the successful candidate. We use Xero, and experience in the accounts package would be desirable, as would experience in management accounts. Excel skills are vital. It is an exciting opportunity for somebody who would like to be part of developing and streamlining processes and reporting whilst developing and progressing their own skills.”
